Hello, I’m Kate Mitchell
I’m a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist with many years of experience, specialising in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I’m fully insured, DBS-checked, registered with professional bodies, and committed to ongoing supervision and CPD to ensure the highest standard of care.

My own journey with hypnotherapy began when I needed help finding confidence to make some big life changes. To my surprise, I quickly started to feel like myself again—more motivated, focused, and empowered. Inspired by the results, I trained with the renowned Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) and never looked back.
Since my teenage years, I’ve been fascinated by the mind and human behaviour. That passion led me to study psychology, neurology, biomedical science, and mental health at university, and to work for many years in mental health and neurological rehabilitation. Now, through Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, I bring all that knowledge and experience into a therapy that’s forward-looking, practical, and genuinely life-changing.
